Career Consolidation (March 2023)

A little LinkedIn-IG crossover note.

This is my home office. For the first time in a 20-year career my work trinkets have a home. This was a pandemic project and I thought it was time to share. 🛳️

For me this represents work but more importantly it represents people. It’s also my family, friends. A nice, unexpected perk of doing mission-driven work is that one makes life-long friends along the way. Also, my husband and I share a love of bird art. 🪶

This is my non-linear path. This is my representation of work-life integration. This is my embrace of generalism. 🛠️

It reflects my values around service, integrity, creativity. I could have had fancier titles, be able to retire earlier, I chose differently. If you subscribe to the notion that where you are reflects the totality of decisions in your life, I could not be happier or more proud. 🌻

No moral story here. This is a gratitude share for my village. Let’s be in better touch. 👋🏻
